La BlauGrana International Cup - BIC Futsal, que s'havia de celebrar a Andorra el pròxim mes de juny, ha quedat cancel·lada definitivament.

La Junta Directiva de la Ciberpenya Blaugrana, organitzadora de l'esdeveniment i les empreses implicades lamentem haver d'adoptar aquesta mesura per causa de força major.

La decisió es pren amb motiu de les mesures excepcionals que s'estan adoptant per la declaració de l'estat d'alarma decretat pels diferents governs davant la crisi sanitària provocada per la COVID-19.

Registration rules

  1. The Penyes must complete the registration form that you will find on the web page www.bicfutsal.com.
  2. The organization will contact the person in charge of the club, indicated on the form, to complete the registration process and facilitate access to the form where they must detail the information of all the participants with which the penya wants to participate.
  3. The maximum period for the registration of the teams will be April 30, 2019 at 9:00 p.m.
  4. With the inscription confirmed, the teams must follow the payment dates indicated:
    1. Before April 15, 2019, teams must register, inform the organization of the total number of participants (players and coaches) and pay 50% of the total. (1)
    2. Before May 15, 2019, you must confirm the total number of participants and pay 100%.
  5. Before April 30, 2019, fill in the form and detail the data of all participants with which you wants to participate.
  6. The teams will be officially registered after making the payment of 50% of the total to be paid (option with accommodation), and 100% for the option without accommodation. They will receive a confirmation email. (1)
  7. For the registration of companions must follow the same process and dates indicated, in order to guarantee accommodation. They must inform the organization of the date of arrival, if it is a minor and the distribution of the rooms they will use (single, double, triple ...). (2)
  8. Authorization and Image rights: all participants (players and coaching staff) must deliver to the organization, upon arrival at the hotel, the document of transfer of image rights, completed and signed.
  9. Accident insurance: Teams must have insured all members of the expedition, both on and off the field. The organization is not responsible for any accidents that may occur during the tournament, nor for possible injuries, illnesses, thefts, etc. (3)

(1) Places are limited to 16 teams and only the first to complete this step may participate.

(2) The organization cannot guarantee the accommodation and transportation of those who do not respect the specified deadlines.

(3) The organization, through the sponsor Financiera d'Assegurances, can offer private insurance for non-federated players, check conditions.

Tournament cancellation due to force majeure

If the tournament has to be canceled due to major causes that exceed the control of the organizers or situations that can not be attributed to negligence on the part of the organization, they can not be accused of damages, costs or losses caused as transport costs, accommodation, economic losses, etc.

In this case, the organization of the tournament reserves the right to retain the full fee and use it for a future tournament, or to return those involved, after deducting the expenses incurred by the organization of the tournament with third parties and they can not be recovered.

Cancellation of reservations

  • 45 days before, 75% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 30 days before, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded
  • 15 days before, no refund will be made

The expenses and / or commissions of any cancellation of reservation, such as bank charges pe transfer or others, will be borne by the recipient and will be deducted from the total to be returned.
