Internal bus of the organization

Bus planned route

The organization of the BIC Futsal will enable an internal transport service between hotels and game halls, in buses shared by teams and companions.

This service will have the following schedule and it is of exclusive use for the equipment and companions lodged in hotels of the organization:

Saturday: from 8:00 h to 21:00 h
Sunday: from 8:00 h to 18:00 h
Approximate step frequency: 30 minutes

It will be essential to present the driver with the accreditation, provided by the BIC Futsal organization, in order to use this transport.

Financing BIC Penyes FCB 2019

We are aware that the cost of participation in a tournament can be an obstacle for many families.

To avoid this, and so that the maximum number of players who want to enjoy the experience can enroll, we want to help finance this cost with the organization of a raffle and the gift of checkbooks to the registered players, with the addition of a small incentive/reward for the effort they make when selling tickets.

Functioning

The distribution and sale of the checkbooks is the responsibility and full benefit of the team, responsible and/or players.

Checkbooks of 50 tickets with a price of 4 € each, making a total of 200 €, the differential obtained on the registration fee (40 €) is equivalent to the cost of bus transportation organization to Andorra.

Only the checkbooks will be sent to the players and coaching staff registered with accommodation, with the exception of those who benefit from the gratuity, or the 50% discount, who will not be entitled to a check book.

The penyes that opt for the registration without accommodation, will only receive 2 checkbooks per registered team.

Shipping

The organization of the BIC Futsal 2019 will send the checkbooks for free (Peninsula and Balearic Islands) by courier, to the team leader, when the team is officially registered and confirmed, and has made the full payment of your reservation.

Awards

The prizes expire on September 30, 2019 (3 months).

Tournament cancellation due to force majeure

If the tournament has to be canceled due to major causes that exceed the control of the organizers or situations that can not be attributed to negligence on the part of the organization, they can not be accused of damages, costs or losses caused as transport costs, accommodation, economic losses, etc.

In this case, the organization of the tournament reserves the right to retain the full fee and use it for a future tournament, or to return those involved, after deducting the expenses incurred by the organization of the tournament with third parties and they can not be recovered.
